more to the point..what happened to GM after 1965? every division in GM in 1965 had STUNNING DESIGNED CARS. the '65 IMPALA SS Convertible, was the eptiome of design. clean lines, and the first year the chassis was new. the car no longer sat so close to the road.
I am restoring the same car. power windows, a/c, p/s p/b and there is a button by the high beam floor tab to change the radio..how cool is that in 1965.
i am also restoring a 1965 Lincoln Cont convertible as well what an incredible car

i know someone who has one just sitting and will not not do a thing to it, he will not sell it its just rotting away !!good job on your build.
