Your comment reminds me of a high school pe teacher of mine that made fun of a president of the united states' physical fitness program by wiggling his finger for 10 seconds and then saying "We are done with the government trying to run our school. Time to learn now." About the same now with obama trying to run our lives his way- most are ignoring him and other government workers if it is anything obama said. Too much talk like some kids think any kind of exercise is too much.

My mom bought me the cassette to this album. I wish I still had it, I used to play the Bug-A-Boo song over and over to where my mom got mad.

I remember this music, because I was actually starting to get bored watching her. They had the same beginning music for a few shows then they would change that. Each exercise had different music.

I remmber it from five in the morning in the later years they played it, its odd the way we dressed back then, and the basketball shorts the boys used to wear, as a child of the 80s lol
