Ahmed Rushdi made every music director immortal whom he sung for..He gave life to Nisar Bazmi in Pakistan..Bazmi once said he was happy and amazed to find a Chinese group rendering this song on one occasion. People from abroad also sing Rushdi's songs which clearily indicates his popularity and influence.

@TheUmair101 Rushdi sahab was a great singer. Pakistani film industry was lucky to have such talented singer. However, I don't agree that he gave life to Nisar Bazmi.. Bazmi sahab himself was a legend and a school. The credit for this beautiful song and all the other songs go to the composers.. in this case Nisar Bazmi, who composed, arranged the music and chose Rushdi sahab as the background singer for his beautiful composition,,

@DerNH You r not right in this regard..Before coming to Pakistan, Bazmi sab was considered as c-class music director (though his potential was far better than many MDs).After coming to Pakistan,he actually gained the fame when he got Rushdi sab as playback singer for film "Asia Bhi Hota HAi".From that,his era started and he always had Rushdi for most of his famous compositions.So same MD,same tallent but singer made the difference.I hope now u r clear on the subject I wrote.

i hv seen few pakistani films long back on ptv. mostly they r technically & musically poor lagging byond bollywood & r copy of indian films. but some songs by chance i hear on radio hv touched my heart & i often hum when i m alone. this particular song i heard 4 the first time is quite melodious with mind blowing orchestration. i hv liked it much. nice posting.

@MrAli270 its abt stories & other things 2 b copy of bollywood. mohd ali a gr8 legend had shown gr8 concern & raised voice against charba films i. e. copy of indian films a programme on pak radio & magazines. so 4 as songs r concernd fu pak film songs r really good & taken y bollywood. what ever is good in pak we hv courage 2 appreciate it & so should u. dear frend dont get paranoid enjoy the music having no barrier. happy nu year & god bless u.
