You can't get into the Club Penguin database. The most common way of breaking into the database is basically performing an SQL Injection, some kid from XBL tried finding vulnerabilities but eventually failed.

Chawki doesn't have access to the database nor can he hack. Basically, what you say on the video is a useless program which has 3 labels, 1 progessbar, 1 text, 1 button and 1 timer. All it does is just generates the progessbar and a msgbox pops.
