Yes, but she won by mistake, this song was written for CZECH singer Lenka Filipová who could speak and sing in french but she got ill before the competiton so she was replaced by Celine Dion who was at that time absolutely unknown singer from "B" category and a world star was born !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
