  • @fizzpop89 agreed

  • Is that a push? If so, he came off the rubber and used all arm. Seem to close the hips a bit to much. ASA booth feet touch the rubber, some state rules are up to speed already, and others are going to 43 for the 2011 season.

  • asa nsa fastpitch both feet must start on the pitching rubber. lower leagues and rec ball they might overlook it

  • yes he does in nsa or asa fastpitch softball both feet must start on the pitching RUBBER never heard it called a plate LOL LOL

  • they rules are not different except for distance 35 feet for 10 u 40 feet for older girls and 43 feet college feet must start on rubber in nsa and asa

  • He's talking about basic softball pitching for beginners...meaning girls that are young (8 to 10 years). The rules for girls that age are different. You don't have to have both feet on the rubber. When teaching young kids, you have to teach the basics and work in the correct nuances that make pitching pitching. You can't expect an eight year old to throw a perfect pitch, and you can't expect a coach (even a pitching coach) to throw a strike the way a child would.

  • im a lefty too!!!! lol =)

  • he doesnnt evenn have bothh feet on the baseyy thing.

  • he didn't even throw a strike :)

  • Baha this guy doesn't know what he is talking about. My god, I hope he doesn't really coach.
