If there are any parts that are live, there are very few, and most if not all of this is lipped. listen to her background vocals; they sound exactly like the recording. If MC always has backup singers, y is there a playback. It's OK that she lipped it. They all do at some point. I don't know the last time I watched and heard MJ sing live.
