Then we had a fallout after I realized shes sprouts lie about my best friends and hurts their reputation. She got one of my friends banned from his locals by sprouting lies to people and she lies about things that she doesn't have to lie about. I know first hand about that. I've been lied to by her several times. There's the truth.
To my understanding, the onl time you can royal attribute without a hand is when you activate it from your hand. This is because at the time you attempt to activate it you have a card in your hand so you meet the requirement.
@SinsOfScotlandYugioh I had no cards in hand I guess but I could've sworn the ruling was that its playable as long as a PLAYER has cards in hand...which she did T_T
She does cheat on her boyfriends, if that counts for cheating. She cheats on all of em, yup.

@monstahtron I'm fairly certain you can play royal tribute regardless of how many cards both players have in hand.
