  • apolit11: Knowing just a little about schizophrenia, you will never write this crap. Bandler was helping patients with schizophrenia. Is not difficult when you know what happen inside.

For you it´s perhaps a kind of mystical illness and people need medicine rest of their life. It´s far from the truth. The most of his students will be able help him back on track in just a few days. In NLP you learn how the Brain is build up and how the parts are working together or sometimes not. No magic...

  • There is so many beliefs out there and I wonder how some people can manage to get suspicious about even the best tools in psychology. NLP is working FOR people and professor Grinder spend his whole life, fighting for, NLP can be learned by anybody who like to change their life when they got stuck, learn better communication skills and get the life they wont. Academics like to keep it self.

on TV Opera uses NLP and use it on a ethical way.

But a few misusing NLP - for money and a huge ego ?

  • This man here NEVER EVEN watch this man he is not creepy he is NLP HE IS OR WAS A CARRIER OF A STRANGE ENERGY RUNNING THROUGH HIS BODY WHICH HE HAS OR HAD THE ABILITY TO USE IN STRANGE WAYS. NOW LATEST NEWS SAY THAT HE WENT SICK ON SCHIZOPHRENIA ON THIS ENERGY AND IS NOW CLINICALLY INSANE AND NO MORE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING. SO BEST IDEA TO STAY AWAY FROM HIM OR ANY OF HIS FELLOWS BECAUSE THEY HAVE SIMIAL SICKNESS BECAUSE OF THE SAME ENERGY BECAUSE THE ENERGY WAS ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THEM TOO, WEIRD.

  • he looks a bit like "bob kelso"

  • world is much interesting place when it got guy like bandler

  • MachineHead

  • who did this cover song?

  • Im worried about the tv putting into our minds a lot of subliminal messages and also who knows maybe all this time the tv have been controlling us with some kind of nlp, is easy to realise how live have change, now everything seems to be so fake, the people wearing the cloths the media tell you tu use, everybody is triying to make more money to buy happiness it worries me a lot

  • Of course we are being controlled by the TV, and it is not even being hidden. For just one rather tame example, CNN repeatedly overplays the importance of each upcoming story over-dramatizing it thereby leading us to stay tuned. And then there are the studio laugh tracks that make us feel something is funny, or amazing, ... We are swayed by these "social" phenomena. But this is so commonplace that we don't even think about how it all adds up.

Or are you suggesting something else?

  • @gregconquest : That's why I stopped watching TV since two years or so now and my life has changed for the better!

  • Me!

  • When I said about critc wiev I ment: what Chomsky think about NLP(dot you think thats its crucial?)? Do exists any risonable critic of this school? I`ve been looking hard and nothig, so If you can help, give a link, please:)

  • I would like to add that I`m very optimistic about NLP. I spend 9 years at the University studing philosophy and socjology and I think that they`ve got right, but I dont wont to Be 16 years old girl who belive in evry sweet promeses...

  • NLP have a lot in common with genius, but mybe someone have got a link to article with a critic wiev to this school. Any way song is powerfull, but I think it`s good to remember that they start with a good idea and now they making good money. (Sorry for my English it`s not my native language)

  • NLP is neither a school nor a discipline, it is about using thought and language to get you where you want to go (in your life). Richard Bandler has uncovered many techniques of people who were highly successful at making a difference in people's lives, what he teaches has expanded and developed from that. What he does is effective, if not use something else. If you want to quibble about truth, study philosophy. If you want to radically change your life to your pleasure, study 'NLP'.

  • He is right, but it works for you american people

  • ma vaffanculo va

  • i love nlp...its magic

  • NLP is the message, condense from thousands of words, from thousands of years to a 3-letter acronym, into a bottle, for which is now shattered and cloaked by todays magicians as was centuries ago. If Crowley was alive using this knowledge, this world would literally be in a mental chaos, lol..

  • Derren Brown is a magician. He uses the NLP nonsense the same way a classic magician uses a magic wand... with the same result: misdirection!

  • I think he doesn't put it down in general.... but Derren has some good reason to doubt the marketing strategies of any belief system... and I even think Grinder and Bandler couldn't have known what kind of an avalanche they released....

  • hey, did you forget to upload the video my friend?? :P by the way, excellent cover of 'message in a bottle'

  • I crack up every time I hear about Derren Brown putting down NLP. He uses classic NLP strategies all the time, but I guess he thinks it's something else now that he's doing it.

  • It's Machine Head doing this version, I agree there's to many shit buisness things with NLP now , its really supposed to be to help yourself and other people who are suffering not hit board room targets for some souless bodies. NLP is awesum but say what you will i think it should stay as a therapy maybe even Richard would not agree with me but hey

  • The song does not have to have a meaning. But I think it kind of fits. Bandler like many paradigm shifting revolutionaries. ( See Kuhn's structure and function of scientfic revolutions) are often ostracised by the rest of the scientific community. A kinda intellectual island, eventually the message starts to get through, then all of a sudden you realise that there are a hundred thousand confirmations washed up on the shore.

  • you better read derren brown's "trick of the mind" before getting into nlp too much lol

  • Why would we need to read that before getting into NLP?

  • I would recommend it to you because he points out very clearly some disadvantages of todays NLP stuff

he is open nonetheless to the first few books and ideas on NLP (when it wasn't that much of a business thing)

  • So what relevance is the song to the man? Is this supposed to sum up the motivations that drive his connexions to the world. Funny, it seems like the world should be sending HIM an SOS.

  • I think the song just sounded cool.

  • terible version of a terrible song!

  • What is name this song?

  • Cool Richard is a legend whos playing the police song

  • second

  • who cares

  • First!

  • who cares
