  • folder5 = #1!!!!

  • this sux hard :O

  • Not bad but give me the original.

  • I love this song so much. It keeps me and my goals alive, and helps me push through the boundaries life puts in my way. ~CHING!

  • really shouldn't use english in a japanese music video

  • This just proves the original is not always better. This is too remixed and... I dunno. I just don't like it as much. The Japanese One Piece version is more lively and makes more sense in my opinion.

  • This versions much much better.

  • pretty good in english

but if the language is far better japanese

    Lolita, you are creative enough

but I really like the japanese version

  • one piece!

  • Everythings shiney?! xD

  • i love it

  • <33333333333333333333333333333333333333333333333

  • this one sucks asssss

  • they should have used this instead of another remake. it sounds to weak in the second half, especially

  • Baka! This is the original, the japs just used this song and translated it!

  • yah, I was surpirsed too, they kinda took the fame from this english version...sucks...

  • @Witcherkowal Just goes to show the original is not always the best which people claim.

  • la musica de esta banda pega mucho con meitantei conan tambien

  • i love this version

  • this is the best english dub of one piece and in all anime !!i believe !!!!

  • This is de original version the japanese one is a remake...

  • @minelain lolz... if u checked... this is the original... folder 5 took this and made the jpn version...

  • i taught these girls how to dance. im so sugoi

  • eurobeat is recorded by Italian artists singing in mostly English (sometimes Japanese) and sold in japan.

it was originally in English then covered by folder 5, they also covered "baby 1 baby 2" (also Lolita) into ready, which was used in a one piece short.

  • taken from one piece encyclopedia:

Folder 5 typically remixed and reworded many songs from the Super Eurobeat singer "Lolita". Believe is a remix and reword of her song "Dreamin' Of You".

  • i wish it was lolita itself in the vid

  • So Folder 5 covered this song. Who sung the English version of Believe then?

    This is confusing.

  • Lolita

  • Too bad it wasn't much of a released song

  • I prefer Folder 5's version.

I don't like the person singing this version :I

  • you got to admit that this one is the best english one

  • Rachy The english is the original..Sigh, Swear these japs like mind control all these people.

  • You fail hard.

  • Actually Lolitas version is the original version, but Folder5 made the own version which is Believe, if you listen i don't believe you ever hear them say Believe in the entire song, and the song is actually called Keep on Dreaming of you ^^

I like both version alot though...

  • Quite good, I still prefer the Japanese one 'cause I like its lyrics better : )

  • The Folder 5 version is a cover of this original song by lolita for the super eurobeat series

  • wow the eng ver's voice is moore powerful & i love it ^^

  • ooooooooooooooooooooooooo----yeeeeee----i

  • Hey hey! The lead singer is cute!

Maybe not in league with Aya Hirano, but still... getting there!

  • RAAAAAAGE! This is not an 'unused remake'! The song was first published in 29.03.2000 on the album Super Eurobeat 105. It was a fairly big ParaPara hit in those days. The Folder 5 version was released about four years later.

  • this is STUPID,

    English=STUPID

    Japanese=GREAT¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • where can I get this song? please tell me!

  • This is not a remake - this song existed before One Piece did. folder5 borrowed the sample and used it, like MCHammer did with "Super Freak" and "You Can't Touch This".

  • really one piece is almost a decade old

  • According to One Piece Wiki:

Folder 5 typically remixed and reworded many songs from the Super Eurobeat singer "Lolita". Believe is a remix and reword of her song "Dreamin' Of You".

  • Its not at all uncommon for j-pop and j-euro artists to cover eurobeat songs. Such as Hello Goodbye, Do You Wanna Dance, Night of Fire, Tora Tora Tora, and Seventies. And eurobeat is a very old genre. Its been around 2 decades, at least. But, yeah, this probobly came out before Folder5's version. If I'm wrong plz correct me.

  • @anarchistchipmunk Older than friends...

  • Why has this never been on any SEB album?

  • Alright, in the above case, it's been on: Super Euro Best Super Euro Best Presents 70min 70 Songs Super Eurobeat 105 Super Eurobeat 108 Non-Stop Megamix Super Eurobeat 128 Super Eurobeat 130 The Global Heat 2002 Request Rush Super Eurobeat 140 Request Countdown 2003 Anniversary Non-Stop Mix Super Eurobeat 170 Super Anniversary Non-Stop Mix 2006 Super Eurobeat Presents - GTC Special 2001 Non-Stop Megamix Aerobeat Eurobeat 6 and ParaPara Paradise 5...
  • It's okay but the Japanese version, in my opinion, is better

  • I'm not sure, I like them both the same.

Maybe this one better, actually, because it has better beats, and you can actually understand it without Subtitles (if you don't speak Japanese.)

  • I'm glad we have our own opinions. I don't speak Japanese but I preferred the Japanese version because I look for meaning of where I first heard it, which was the 2nd Op of One Piece. This is why I have more Asian songs than English songs.

  • I only like Japanese better because they sound better. :P

But the English version of this... just sounds cool. :P And I can actually understand it.

But I like them both equally, with that in mind. XD

  • Yeah, overall, I like them both:) This is a good conversation because we aren't saying that either version stinks, we're just discussing about how the songs are unique in their own way:)

  • Indeed, unlike alot of conversations on Youtube which usually consist of low-intelligence fans screaming their opinions;

    XBOX RULES!

    XBOX SUX!

    NARUTO SUX!

If you were to ask "Have you even seen Naruto?!"

    Many would reply "NO!!!" :P

  • HAHAHAH thats very true! xD

  • I've been looking for this song forever! Do you by any chance have an mp3 that you can send me?

  • So Lolita's the artist of the english version?
