you should film a day in your life like you could film when you enter the gym and film every thing from beginning till the end when you leave the gym ....... cause you film videos where you show different training videos but i want to see the whole thing
Scott how would you suggest going through the videos. I tend to do one type of muscle a day and go about five days a week. Would you suggest maybe taking four for a muscle group a day? Or what?

if you are expecting beginner-athlete muscles, you should more likely do an all-in-one workout 5 times a week, if you expect bodybuilder muscles, you should do a specific group of muscles a day, or two specific groups of muscles, 5 times a week.
