hey i just turned 16 and im only about 5'8 for now havent really hit my growth spurt, but if i did you workout after a 20 minute cardio workout, do you think ill be able to lose my stomach and lower belly fat quickly? im not that fat i weigh about 63kg but i wanna get a flatter stomach and lose some of the weight on the sides of the hip, will the total of 30 min workout a day help alot? i also play hockey once a week.

@SoulTaker087 It's okay to work your abs everyday, but I would recommend doing abs 1-2 times per week, but when you work them dedicate some good time to working them. You do need rest, so hit them hard when you do hit them. Meaning you want to do a tuff routine that lasts atleast 15 minutes work of hitting the abs. You will see quicker results that way. Don't forget to concentrate on cardio and diet, which are the most important keys to getting great abs.

@mudmetall I'm 6'11 and 210 lbs. I'm working out and I run plus crunches but the lower part is a truly pain in the ass, I have muscles on my upper part of stomach but can't burn the lower part. Running will help you greatly lose weight, make nice ass but it won't help with the lower stomach unfortunately ;(.

I've been cycling and burning roughly 500 calories a day. I've noticed one thing though, I've lost noticeable weight on my thighs, legs and butt. the problems is my belly, just below the navel! Doing sit ups dont make you lose fat around the belly. You will build better abs, but you'll still have body fat covering them. The only way to see your abs is through diet and cardio

well not really. However cardio is the most important exercise for losing fat. You should burn at least 500 calories in each week in order to lose fat. 500 calories break even for general people. You could get result quick if you eat right and exercise for 6 days in a week for 3 weeks. I guarantee you can see improvement in 2nd week. Swimming is way much better than anyother cardio training and if you swim for 20 mins non stop. That will be good.

You've lost only 5 pounds but remember your losing fat and gaining muscle...muscle out weighs fat so your losing all the bad and gaining the good. Just keep doing what your doing and change your workouts up and do some different exercises. When your doing the same exercises you will reach a peak and stop.

It doesn't turn fat into muscle. Fat is not interchangeable with muscle. TO lose fat, you work on your diet, but muscle helps BURN fat.

You've lost only 5 pounds but remember your losing fat and gaining muscle...muscle out weighs fat so your losing all the bad and gaining the good. Just keep doing what your doing and change your workouts up and do some different exercises. When your doing the same exercises you will reach a peak and stop.

im 14 years old and im 5ft.9in. i weight 175.5 lbs. ive been doing alot of excercise since april 2009 untill june 2 and i do 35 mins i do abdominals and i run cause i want to get rid of my bellyfat and love handles and my cellulite in my legs and i only lost 5 pounds in those 3 months and i also eat healthy ... can u tell me whats the problem with me cause i dont lose alot please help me i want to lose alot thanks for the vids also their helpfull! 5/5
