@bskulldragon100 That sounds like a great idea. Give it a try, the wonderful thing about cooking is you can be creative. I sometimes make a guacamole with reduced balsamic vinegar, basil, feta, tomato and of course avocado, and it's... Yummy.
That looks yummy!! I'll have to try that..need to go shopping for avacados, etc. I love the idea of less fat in the chips..great idea. Now I have an excuse for making the recipe..not fattening.
Lady yum yum, that's the second tiara I've seen this morning. Kate's "borrowed" one was the first. The guacamole looks delicious but I won't be making it because I am allergic 8-(
It's actually sort of a myth that the heat is in the seeds, the membrane is really the hot part (but the seeds are attached to the membrane so most people perceive them as very spicy). Of course, I'm a chilihead, so I put the chilis in membrane and all!
@geisenma Here's to the brave chilliheads that pop peppers like candy. I too like it hot. You're correct that the seeds carry less capsaicin and are not as hot as the membrane. Thanks for the info.
@yaoifangirl2009 You can get the frozen garlic cubes at stores like Trader Joe's. The brand I use is Dorot. They taste wonderful and are a great time saver. I highly recommend them.
@LadyYumYumShow I think I would use them frequently, I've never been that good at mincing garlic. >.< But sadly there is no Trader Joe's around where I'm from. In fact I've never heard of it, but thank you anyways. =]
@yaoifangirl2009 Here's the company that make the brand I use. Maybe you can track them down in your area. It's called Dorot. I found them at "mydorot" on the web.
The crown is cool. Remind me of Kitchen Princess Lol

@wisesakura I also like the crown, it's a fun way to express how I feel in the kitchen. I won my first crown in a baton twirling competition.

@ThePeaceGoddess The great thing about the low fat, low sodium chips, is that I think they taste much better than store bought chips.
