i'm 15 male in FL. When i was 11 i started having sexual feelings (freaking early if you ask me). it was only about girls. I then thought about what would it be like to kiss a guy...and the thought like grossed me out. but i liked it for some reason. So a little bit later i thought about it... and it didn't gross me out anymore. So then i thought about guys and then when i thought about girls...THEY grossed me out. it was 3 years when i was 14...october of 2010 when i came out to my friend.
Her name was morgan. i got sick of keeping this secret from everyone so i told her in a text. i had known her less than a month. I came out to her as bisexual and she was very supportive. after that..i told a few others. and 4 months ago i practically went on a coming out spree...now over 30 ppl know. (i live in a small town so 30 ppl is a lot). Mostly ppl have been cool with it. I will express my affection for men if i'm not in my home town area. so if i go to a mall
or something that's several miles away from here then i will hit on guys and stuff lol. But i kept coming out to ppl as bi because i was afraid of being beaten to a bloody pulp. Much of the time...people will tolerate bi's more than gays and bi is closer to the norm...something i desperately wanted to be. i didn't want to attract attention to myself. Now...I literally just told her in a text (she lives in TN now so i don't get to see her hardly) "I lied to you." she said "huh"

You don't become gay, you are from birth. Discovery is part of growing emotionally with yourself. Self esteem and not Pride (stolen esteem)
Only you will gauge when the time is right, get your options for what may go wrong so you have built a base for all situations before coming out. Plan your coming out before doing it.

ya... it took me a while to decide whether i was bi or not, idk why it was confusing but i was bi courious for some time. it wasn't hard coming out to my friends about it cuz the school that i'm in right now, there's tons of bi's, lesbians, and gays, most of my friends were bi anywayz. so that wasn't a challenge at all really. and the whole parent thing.. no way :P i know my parents, my brothers autistic so he's the star child, they know nothing thats going on in my life, so i'm not going to try
