The version on Dave Edmunds record with Albert Lee soloing is probably the best version of "Sweet Little Lisa" I've ever heard, but Albert Lee always does the soloing in the tune in a marvellous way. Alvin is the king of Countryrock!

No he's not the best Country guitarist, in the top 10.... but Red Volkaert, Brent Mason, James Burton and Brad Paisley step to the head of the class, probably along with Vince Gill (yes Vince Gill) and Johnny Hiland in the mix as well. Albert, Ray Flacke and the Hellecasters bring up the rear.
