KILLER WORKOUT!! I have done the stairs hundreds of times. My best time is 11:20 and 11:32 is my best after the age of 40. Shankar Tillotson did them in 9:40 Not sure exactly when they were built but the concrete on the bridge is marked May 1950, which leads me to think it was after WW2. Hanauma Bay and Koko Crater have both erupted within the the last 8,000 years. My best time on Stairway to Heaven is 32:04
