maybe she should talk just a little faster and softer...I have my volume a 100% yet i can't hardly hear what she is saying combined with the 100 miles per minute she was talking it's was hard to follow. I have been working as a shipper/customs clerk for many years and i can not imagine someone that has never dealt with the freight shipping area trying to keep up with your narrator
