So wait, if the prostate shrinks post-op and post-hormone treatments, how much does the risk decrease? And for t-men who have had mastectomies, are they at risk for breast cancer still? @1Vella That's a point of disagreement among doctors. For most trans women, using anti-androgens and estogen for any period of time will shrink the prostate to a tiny, tiny size. Being post-SRS will shrink it even more. Many doctors think prostate checkups for post-ops are pretty much useless but for people who are non-op or earlier in physical transition, it's still important to realize prostate health is still something you need to think about even if you don't need annual checkups.
what makes a person one gender or another... if one were to innumerate intersexed conditions (TS variations included also) whether technically fully recognized or not... there are:
so what's a hermaphrodite? a nothing? an everything? you're clearly uneducated in this area in any way. you neither have psychological nor physiological training. and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference of a majority of trans people unless you lifted their skirts. in which case, whether she was born a woman or created, you would be slapped for being stupid.
