I really enjoyed this! Looking forward to the rest of the story! It's interesting that this might be viewed as panhandling. However in this case they are clean, approachable characters who people enjoy seeing on the street. I wonder if there is more to it. Like, what's the cop's perspective? Are they getting complaints that have forced them to action?

I'm sure some people have complained about people like this. Not necessarily this superman but perhaps another one or like one of the spidermans' that they were talking about.
