@TheClashyyy The 'junkie itch', & not being able to sit still along with his speech has to do with the fact that Heath was painfully shy. As for taking the role too seriously, perhaps. As an actor you have to really immerse yourself in your character, as Heath did, to really give that character a realistic feel. But he's also been quoted as saying that acting was a release for him. Either way, it's hard to really know what happened, but in the end we lost an amazing actor & an even better person
