@grantrollis Are the channels enabled? (Are the little green lights on the left side lit up?)

@grantrollis Depends if you are using ASIO ... It is a very picky sound driver and you cannot have anything else related to sound in use (ie windows media player, youtube or anything) ... When FL opens... You can use stuff afterwards but it will take away from the quality of your playback within FL

@grantrollis Also if this was a week ago ... Why fl 8? ... There still is a lot people hesitant to upgrade from 9 to 10... But I personally use 10, It works fine and if you crack it and NEVER use its shitty VSTs again ... Then your okay ... I suggest getting Nexus, Philharmonic, Orchestral, Gladiator, Albino ... Those are some really good vsts ... they all cost money but you can get them by using torrents ... Gl with the music its an awesome past time

Dude! I just started messing around with FL Studio and while I'm sure they have explanations for everything in the tutorials, I really hate reading. This video has killed the headache that was quickly building as I could not for the life of me figure out how the hell to change from one section of a beat to another. I don't care how old this video is, it is super helpful. I hope you've gone on to being a monster beatman. Thanks!

i find it easier instead of going to view playlist to go to under where it has song and pat next to the play button, right click song and you can add your pattern and it will give you and the same view of the pattern but you can move and replace anything and get a more in depth overview.

One Issue with the tempo is that I have an instrument in the music pattern 1 that is a couple of tempos TOO FAST, and it doesn't match with the instrument of the beat.How can I slow the instrument's tempo without slowing down the whole pattern of the music??Because it has a really bad habit of doing that,

also forgive me for sounding off topic, but when I finished my first track, it has that discomforting unstoppable distortion. How can I remove this ?Please get back to me on this Thank you
