@4JRH this is resident evil 5 for PC the gold comes out for xbox360 only in dlc through Live. even if you buy the retail edition of resi gold the only thing that contains is a disc of the full resi5 game and a prepaid code for you to download for free the dlc. DLC comes on disc only for the PS3 version...

Because if you didn't already know about the plot of this game after 6 months, you are electronically inept.

And yes, Resident Evil is not a survival horror game anymore. That type of genre loses it's niche appeal right after the first playthrough. Survival action can never be the same in different runs.

Resident Evil it's not really a a survival horror game anymore it's full blown action now which isn't bad it's just not creepy or scary anymore. The first 3 games used to surprise you with twist images and creature appearing out of nowhere. They try and do that with the new games but it's not scary anymore. It's just attack and kill.

And 1 more thing: On PC you don't have to use RE5's "real-time inventory" system, which would pull up your inventory in translucent windows onscreen right on top of the action and right before that raging zombie buried a knife in your face.
