1ST OF ALL U MUST KNOW BUSES HAVE DIFFERENT BUS RUN NUMBERS, WHICH MEANS SOME BUSES MAY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM AND CAN NOT PROCEED IN SERVICES, WHICH WOULD EXPLAIN THE BUS FROM NOT SHOWING UP, SECOND OF ALL THE TIMETABLES ARE ESTIMATE TIMES, THAT DOESN'T MEAN WE RUN ON YOUR TIME, AND BY THE WAY U MIGHT B LATE, DOESN'T MEAN WERE LATE , FOR EXAMPLE, TIME IS NOT THE ANSWER ITS SAFETY THAT COMES INTO PLAY ..

31 doesn't look so bad, at least a Neoplan has more room for those people to stand unlike the LF NABI and wheelchair area doesn't take all of the front seats. Did MTA discontinue night owl service? I heard OCTA and Foothill Transit (Silver Streak) did.
