  • is it better to use 24 or 48 on the eq? also, would there not be a small notch cut in between the freq's where the EQ crossover happens?

    thanks for the tut. saving that rack and will be using it often i think!

  • @SwitchUpBroadcast, sorry for the delay in replying to you, but I was on the road and just got back this week. 24 or 48dB is a matter of taste, what you want to do and what sounds good. The freq cut is sharper with 48 (which is best for the tutorial but more CPU intensive) and smoother with 24dB. And yes, there'll be a little overlap in the crossover region, and you could try to fix that with a second eq on the chain, but it won't be necessary in most cases.

  • hey, you open new paths to me on this tutorial, but this trick does not work (the video was seen that did not work with you). When I move the knobs the frequencies are not cut. You solve this problem? How?
