this game has 6 games made in a span of 10 years. jaks 1 2 and 3... then the 2 psp games and the one racing game... considering 4/5 out of 6 were amazing im pretty sure thats not milking it
Did naughty dog make this game? If they did then i was kinda dissapointed with how the game turned out. The previous ones like part 1,2,&3 were alot better
The next jak and daxter should be a little more serious, if you know what i mean. all i did as a child, was playing jak and daxter games, but nowadays, i would love to see an old game like this, and made for a little bit older audiance.
TBH, if this game had a different title, and changed the characters and names blah, blah, blah, than it wasnt a half bad game. the only reason people are "hating" is because its now apart of the JaD games, so if naughty dog ever decided to redo the series or make a new trilogy, they would have to go by what these developers did. other downsides include: not ps3, jak has no goatee, jak has different voice, gunstaff instead of morphgun, no light/dark transformations. graphics were good though
The original trilogy can't be beat. Adding to the trilogy would be too much, and these spin-offs shift the previously balanced plot. TLF should have at least kept the original gun mods, inject some violence, anger, hatred, and made it the kick-ass Rated T the series used to be. But I gotta say, TPL still manages to be the best game ever, even if it's Rated E.
Damn Im supposed to be a jack&Dexter fan, how come i never heard about this game before? :D I swear it feels kinda wierd coz i really never even heard a word of it before, until today while I was browsing through RANDOM games on my local online-games store.
Well, im gonna get it now, and sure hope that Naughty Dog decides to bring us the sequels on current gen consoles soon!

Atleast I hope they would bring Jak and Dexter trilogy (1-2-3) to ps3 as HQ. The story was awsome but after they made Jak X and after HIG made this there wasn't actually any linking plot. I just wish they could make a new big story just like those 3 nailed it.

Ok, I have Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak II, Jak 3, which came out in 2001-2004 right? And the graphics were really awesome especially for a PS2. So how come Jak & Daxter: The Lost Frontier's graphics voices, and everything just totally suck?! Worst Jak game ever.

The original jak and daxter was the first video game I beat and the sequels too..and I must have beat all of them at least 20times..and when I heard there was number 4 coming out I was so happy until the game sucked...change the game back to the way it was!

The reason Naughty Dog isnt even consdering bringing the Jak franchise back is because the 2 main guys ( i forget names) who i think came up with the idea of Jak in the 1st place have left.

Ok, I have Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak II, Jak 3, which came out in 2001-2004 right? And the graphics were really awesome especially for a PS2. So how come Jak & Daxter: The Lost Frontier's graphics voices, and everything just totally suck?! Worst Jak game ever.

The original jak and daxter was the first video game I beat and the sequels too..and I must have beat all of them at least 20times..and when I heard there was number 4 coming out I was so happy until the game sucked...change the game back to the way it was!

@GameGeek249 Yeah.I guess you are right.But on the other side,he has clearly gotten used to it in Jak 3.And noone called him a monster in it.Not to mention he has mastered his powers.Perhaps he just got used to the fact he has dark powers there.Oh,he also found his light side that made him special all along too so i guess he doesn't feel as dark there.Which was also what surprised me there since even the light side has that gruesome and dark feeling of the rest of the game.JAK 3 RULZ!lol

The reason Naughty Dog isnt even consdering bringing the Jak franchise back is because the 2 main guys ( i forget names) who i think came up with the idea of Jak in the 1st place have left.

why hand the franchise over to Ready at dawn?!

The only thing I like about this game is the bar fight.Nothing else.This game is crap and totally NOT worth the money or the time...Naughty dog will be back for Jack 4 after this and it will have the Jak 3 story continued.This story has nothing to do with the rest of the games so you won't miss anything by not buying it.If you want,you can consider this a spin-off of the series...
