Couldn't disagree more, you barely reviewed anything. What about the story, acting, special effects, action quality, music, art/set direction. All you said is the movie was boring because there was a little romance in the middle and Thor got soft (which is totally BS IMO). There are movies with 3x the romance in this one and still manage to be just as good or better. Also this movie had more action than Iron Man so I don't know what you're talking about.
@Vaporious2000 I appreciate ur honesty! 1 of the toughest things for me in this film was the action... Im sure u would agree that the 1st fight scene was the best. thats a problem becuase the law of 3 states that in a film with 3 fight scenes each should get progressively better & that was not the case here. And the romance started from the very beginning of the film when they hit him w there van. It was goo goo eyes from there on out. I personally thought Iron man was better...
@Vaporious2000 And ur right i didnt go into the details about the cinematography or sound or cgi on this 1, but it was bcuz i was so disappointed... I really wanted to like this movie. And i think the idea of Thor is bad ass! In my opinion they executed it poorly. Seems like this may be a set up movie for the Avengers... Im sure Thor comic book fans will like this movie bcuz i heard it is true to the comic, but i believe a movie should be able to stand alone on its own. did u read the comics?
@Beaudascious I read a few of the comics but not as much as say X-men or the Hulk but I understand your side a little better now. I saw the movie again and some of the flaws you mentioned made more sense so I understand a little better where you're coming from. I do agree that it wasn't on Iron Man or Spidey 2's level. My BIG question for you is did Did you watch Xmen First class yet? U mentioned you read those comics and i thought the movie was very entertaining, but i want to know if it stayed true to the comics, or not. Unfortunately there were some problems with it lining up to the 1st 3 xmen films, but that was my only issue with it!
@Beaudascious I just replied about X-men first class and it wasn't really faithful to the comics save for the Xavier/Magneto friendship but that's a good thing. If they tried to copy the comics they would have been in conflict with the previous movies since Cyclops, Iceman, and Angel (X3) were some of the first X-men. Though if comic book fans go into the theater with an open mind they should be able to understand why the storyline is very differnet from the comics. BTW X3 and Wolverine were meh

well i would disagree, the first 20 minutes were action as well as the last 20 and then theres the middle part where thor kicks some ass. And the love story took a total of 6 minuts of film time haha. Nice review I like the energy my good sir.
@theFLICKpick ok ok, so you take the first 20 min action sequence, and the last 20 min action and that thing that happened for maybe 10 min in the middle (and thats being generous) 50 min of action in a 114 min film... I WANT MORE THOR ACTION!!! And thanks bro! thru u in my box!!! haha sounds dirty
