@takeshineiji . The panelist was actually talking about current government reckless policy for not making in depth analysis when proposing a new policy in education particularly in Higher Education. (Previously, we used to produce Penyata Razak and so forth when it come to make a big change).
@maxhanafi think he just said few example including czech when many struggling to get through their programme and student life there. He called for the upper leader to look up on this issue. FIY, he was in charged of the policy in Minister of Highter Education. At least, he has an authority to be frank like that..
@maxhanafi ok then.But i still feel that he should give other obvious example that have more evidence,as i stated before there's no yet graduated msian student from czech republic. Plus, i'm not really agree from what u said that he can be frank like that even though he have the authority. Apart from that, to argue why government sent student to czech just from student life, it is not fair at all.
