I don't think Youtube will let me post the URL, but it's the Internet Movie Firearms Database wiki--imfdb org It doesn't identify the double-barreled shotgun though, except as a highly decorated antique.

A perfect head shot will not raise a scream and alert nearby enemys.

The only gun i have found that can do this with any real accuracy is the silent makarov,it's actually one of the most usefull weapons in the game if you like stealth combat. Acurracy on the silent mp9 is awful and even with a iron sight misses a lot.

The crossbow is preety much a disguised RPG, while the others... well... silenced shotgun? Ok, at least it worked well. But the sawed-off is terrible, I mean... you spend more time reloading than shooting, and if you miss in front of the enemy, goodbye.

if your at a distance they cant hear the crossbow fire thay can only hear the explosion

because they only go on alert they dont know where you are thay just know that a massive explosion hit them :D

Hrm. Can't identify make or model of that hogleg. Do you HAVE to fire double-shots or do you have the option to fire two seperate shots? The suppressed shotgun is awesome but should hold 5, not 6 (you can tell by the length of the magazine tube and the magazine cap ending just past the forearm). Reminds me of a pump-action stockless version of Anton Chigurh's suppressed autoloader (which was most likely a Remington 1100).

Darn. Why can't someone make an FPS game that gives you the option of firing two seperate shots OR a double-shot AND has your character reload properly?! In STALKER, you can't fire double-shots (but I'm cool with that since it's not really necessary). In Killing Floor and BrainBread, you can fire two singles or one double, but you HAVE to reload both at once (which makes no sense). And in FC2 and Doom 2, you HAVE to fire double-shots. In the original Blood, you could fire singles or doubles.

Also, the craftsman shotgun has better range than a standard shotgun simply because it's not firing just 6-8 pellets... it's shooting 12-16 at once, making a WIDE spread guaranteed to take a shot to someone.

@maxenkill i know wot u mean. i play on normal, on xbox360, wear camo, crouch in shadows/night/jungle and fire the dart gun at a guy who i am sure is alone and unseen and guess wot? they spot his body and know where i am! i'm guessing the xbox360 doesn't have the processing power of a modern pc to deal with proper stealth as my bad guys ALWAYS either spot me or the "just silently killed" guy. at that point if i fire again within 5 mins they know EXACTLY where i am.
