  • You can really hear the band "JAPAN" influence in this song..wow luv it.

  • Bass amp fuck-up, poor John.

  • 2 dislikes???? Must be metal fans, but i love metal also...

  • They're tight cuz there's about 6 chord changes in this entire song. I could teach my pet monkey to play this. I mean , you know.....if I had one. :-)

  • love the misic..andys parts are kool,eh?

  • Vaaaamos Swedish TV!

  • Wow! Surprisingly tight live band they were!

  • This band was underrated then, but they can play very well.

And, old analog synth sounds good.

  • Werd to that. I always thought no one ever gave credit to Rhodes for his synth work, he ganked alot off Yellow Magic Orchestra though. Check out the live version of 'Madmen' by them, and you'll see what I mean.

  • bless youtube!

    great vid :D

  • It's been months/years since ive seen thi vid!!! Thanks!!

  • how hot does simon look in this video in the new romantic fashion? :)

great song, great band, great music i love duran duran!

  • Wicked bass line in this song. And easy to play too

  • hubba hubba early 80's rules! new romantic 4ever

  • For sure! It's ultra-creative!

  • the best pop band of the world FOR EVER!!!!!

  • :) This makes me want to cry, this was one of my first DD songs and the first Planet Earth video that I saw. :(

:)) I remember that I had to write the "ba ba ba" part down cause I kept on forgetting it. I just loved it!

  • This Rocks

  • one of their best performances, great videoooo!

  • love the headband!

  • my favorite duran song!

  • i tell my friends that duran duran is easily one of the best live bands i've ever seen. they know how to put on a great show.

  • i totally agree

  • Simon has a nice ass

  • And they still sound great after all these years ... their performance of "Planet Earth" at Live Earth is proof of that.

  • suena super bien... buena actuación ... gracias

  • The 80's were great... No doubts about these. New Order, The Cure, A-ha, Depeche Mode and many others unforgetable bands did history. That time was the best moment of pop rock music in Brazil. I am not a nostalgic person. If you see around you, You will find a great deal of boys and girls listening that 80's bands recently.

  • this was the new 80,s fab time and a great era

  • OMG i love it

  • How on earth is it possible that this real liveperformance sounds so utterly amazing already? It took´em 25years to play with such confident again. He or she who posted this deserves a standing ovation for this remarkable and rare superquality recording...

  • Can you say digitally remastered? That's exactly what was done with this clip. It was originally recorded by a professional camera person as you can tell by the logo in the top right corner.

  • The video info says it's from a TV show. It's quite obvious Swedish Television has "professional camera persons".

  • "Måndagsbörsen"

I would like to say/think that this was the first real live mucis TV program in Sweden

with top artists from early 80´s.

    SVT=Swedish Television was the producer.

The best camera/sound system to be found at that time :). A really good TV program.

Also always on Mondays(Måndag). Nice start on the weeks that period*s*

    Sweden

  • You know what "Måndagsbörsen" is? What does it mean?

  • it was a swedish tv-program

  • What was it about?

  • Don't worry about it

  • TY!

  • LOVES IT

  • Love this! too much! Everyday after school i go on d computer and watch this!

  • Simon looks HOT!

  • is this avaliable on a dvd or video?

  • who's that guy at the front who can't fucking dance?? oh it's simon le bon. teaching mainland europe how to prance like tits. this is where it all started...

  • Genius comment

  • well then, who the hell can dance, YOU??? You're just jealous loser...

  • ah, you know i'm right. the truth hurts i know. it's ok tho, simon realised soon after this and stopped prancing like a tit. infact he had to ask to be tied to a windmill just to make sure...

  • lmao! I always got a kick out of his goofy, sometimes arrhythmic dancing. Too bad he doesn't do it anymore. Now he just putts around the stage with laccadaisical ennui. But I still love him! Going to see him again in Nov - front row baby! : )

  • see if you can get him prancing like the good old days, maybe u could lead the crowd in a stage prance!

  • They look a little cuter/hotter in this concert/song!

  • If there's ever a time machine I'd try to make it to all they're concerts...in the future it might b possible 4 me cause im 10 just turned 11.

  • Hot!Hot!Hot! look at Jhon serious face and his hair...Ohh...take me back to 1980!!! Please!!!

  • So new romantic looking...

  • OMG, i love this band and them!! there soo cute!!!

  • From the same TV show as the "Anyone Out There" Live performance..much better quality. EXCELLENT!! Thanks for posting. A TRUE live performance too, not lip-sync'd like some many of their early TV appearances.

  • Ok I was 11. My first true loves!

  • Those were the days. OK, it was the year before I was born, but still...
