  • We have laws Reid. No special victims. Why do we need to know that they are queer? Just an insult to Christians.

  • What an idiot!Murder is illegal in all 50 states, always has been. Attempted murder FOR ANY REASON - including bias against all the PC victim groups Reid is promoting:

    homosexuals

    Jews

    Latinos

    The Disabled

    Muslims

This idiot Reid actually listed Gays, Muslims and the disabled as needing special Hate Crime law protection.

I wonder if Reid will be leading a big march of Gays & fundamentalist Muslims against "hate" - then the Muslims slaughter the gays...

    But that isn't "Hate"

    :-).

  • The Pedophile Protection Act is bad for everyone

  • Reids wife is a dirty jewess slut.

  • Sen. Harry Reid is pure scum!

  • You will not be charged for a hate crime if you are in a bar fight over the price of beer if one of the people you fight with is gay. This issue was just addressed here in Hawaii when a Hawaiian father and son, attacked a white husband and wife for hitting their car. Because it was determined that the fight erupted from the accident, and was not pre-meditated, there were no hate crime charges.

  • In know a guy who's wife was sexually attacked by her Pakastani employer. The husband found out about it, as he was chasing the guy down the street, he was heard calling him a *&^% rag-head. He's now on the Hate-crimes list.

  • This, what you are talking about, can be considered as thought crime legislation. And, along with such crimes go much stiffer penalties. This sounds like something out of the book 1984 cuz the perpetrator is being penalized, not only for the act, but for the thoughts he/she may have had while they committed the act. America is becoming a much crazier place to live:(

  • if two 21 year old males get assaulted at a drunken party, then one who is gay, Arab, etc has an attacker who goes to prison, and the one who is not in a special group has an attacker who spends a few nights in Jail. As long as the district attorney believes that part of reason for the attack was because the attacker had some negative thought about that particular group, for example they said something on that night or a previous time that may have been construed as racist.
