I got to be lieutenant-general with my rogue-- WITHOUT quitting school. Yes, that was hard; Unlike warlocks and many other classes, rogues cant really do shit in a mass-pvp scenario, so even pre-tbc, i feel it was mostly balanced according to gear.

But not in a 1v1 duel rogue vs lock. That was a walkover.

To this day Roguecraft stands out to me as one of the best PvP sieries ever made.

I remember first watching this back in 2006, and it was such an enjoyable documentary on how WoWs PvP system used to be.

Also, some think this view of balance is outdated...but it is not really if you think about it...it's just all switched around now.

Back then this view was a lot easier to comprehend when everything was in its "less complex" stages.
