The first time I heard this song was back in the mid 90's. I was laying on my bed in my room, listening to the radio, gathering my thoughts when I heard this tune! I never knew who sang it, but when I finally found out, I was overjoyed! This song brought back some good memories! I love it!

What a great song. I know Eddie redid it with a more languid tone later on, but this version just has something that grabs you as a listener. Maybe it's the synthesizer or maybe his voice sounds more passionate. Like I said earlier, what a great song! :)

When I was 14, I met a girl...took me 10 years to get her "outta my system". After the 2nd time (or was it the third?) she dumped me, this song came out. As many songs do, this song became the "outlet" for my hearts pain. Nice to hear the original version back out.

Very good. I own the same CD and I would recommend it to anybody. I'm sure a lot of people have heard "over the line" and "all our tomorrows" but there is a a nice hidden gem (song 15) called "last chance highway". Thanks for the upload and I'm still hoping somebody can find the video for special girl. That would be quite a find.
