  • Romans 4:5, read it. Keith was simply listing what the Book of Mormon teaches. We aren't anti-Mormon, we truly love and care about you guys and are trying to make you understand that the gospel in the Holy Bible is that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)" and "But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. (Isaiah 64:6). Jesus is the Only way..

  • He died on the cross for our sins so that we may have everlasting life through HIM. "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)" "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)" The Biblical gospel differs from the Book of Mormon, So what I can't understand is how the BoM can be the 2nd testament when it doesn't line up

  • @DelTacoCrazy

Not as simplistic as you make out.

James 2: 14 What use is it, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but he has no works? Can that faith save him? 24 You see that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone. Romans 5:18 So then as through one transgression there resulted condemnation to all men, even so through one act of righteousness there resulted justification of life to all men.

Jesus said: Matt 19:17but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

  • @DelTacoCrazy Do you believe Jesus knew what was required to be saved?

Mark 16:16 "Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned."

By stating "believes and is baptized" in a joined phrase, they are of equal weight. In other words, just belief or just baptism is not enough to save a person. Both are required. However, he goes on, the lack of faith is enough to condemn a person, regardless of works.

Did Jesus know what was required for salvation?

  • @DelTacoCrazy

First, Keith is not representing "what the Book of Mormon teaches". He has no working grasp of the contents of the Book of Mormon, which he demonstrates repeatedly by his statements.

Secondly, your misunderstanding of Romans' teaching on the process of salvation, or at least your incomplete use of the text, shows you have not bothered to study the text from a non-polemical position. If you had you would realize it absolutely does not teach a "faith only" perspective.

  • Mormons are not Christians.

  • @gatecrashrcanada

Let me be more specific then. Mormons are Biblical Christians, unlike those who denounce them.

I have no problem considering non-LDS as Christians. I believe they receive promptings of the Spirit, have their prayers answered, and that they can be saved if they are valiant in their faith, since we believe the ordinances can be performed in the temple.

By contrast, if they actually believe the non-Biblical teachings around faith without works meet for repentance, then no.

  • @chromi71 I was Mormon for over five years. No in hell you won't be harrassed by Christians who care about you. Hell was prepared for the devil and his angels.Do you really want to go there?

You people mock us Christians constantly.

  • @chromi71 I was Mormon for over five years. No in hell you won't be harrassed by Christians who care about you. Hell was prepared for the devil and his angels.Do you really want to go there?

You people mock us Christians constantly.

  • It really boils down to simple definitions. LDS define Christian words differenttly to give them a new meaning.

And just because someone preaches against Mormonism does not make them Anti-Mormon. It makes them anti-mormonism. If we didn't love the LDS people we wouldn't take the time to tell you the truth.

  • @king1bogey Semantic word games. Last time I checked, words didn't make up Mormonism, people do. People who believe it. I don't have any problem with folks who believe something other than myself. As long as they espouse their beliefs, believe away. It is when they go beyond comparing their religious beliefs to attacking that they transition from advocating their beliefs to being "ANTI-" (which means "against") my beliefs. And I am a person, not just a theology. So they are ANTI-MORMON.

  • Bob......Keith is NOT an anti-mormon. He is just speaking about something you don't want to hear. Repentance is about denying the holy spirit or not. No amount of 'repenting' from every day sins will EVER get one saved. Saved from where? Hell, whether you like it or not.

BTW - the skit with your hand puppet makes you look very odd.

  • @cr500blur I like the puppet.

In any case, Keith's self-aggrandizement and inaccuracies hardly qualify him as an angel of Truth and light. If he were to actually lecture on things which he knew enough to be accurate, I would love to listen. I did listen to him. I also know he avoids me in Manti, despite his hat and "Manti-Man" self-moniker.

I would love the opportunity to engage him in discussion. I certainly don't fear what he knows. I suspect he would rather not compare research.

  • @answeringantimormons - Yea I've seen him in another video - he's as closed-minded a mormon as they come. Completely lost...

  • wasn't section 132 of the dnc a commandment?

  • @IRISHBUDDAFILTH 132 is a law. The new and everlasting covenant is a law, that encompasses many commandments, and principals. a Principal can be suspended, a law is constant. The principal of plural marriage is currently suspended, as it has been many times before in the earths history.

  • @Sephuskal well when some local missionaries who use to visit when we came to that part told me that it was a commandment but God took it back or changed his mind.

  • @IRISHBUD in a sense they were correct. the principal is contained within the law. its like a four way stop sign. everybody at the intersection stops their car. at an unmarked intersection, do you just blow through it without slowing down or looking both ways? There is no stop sign at the intersection, but the principal of stopping and looking both ways is still in effect. The greater law is stopping, despite no stop sign. the principal is slow down and look to see if you stop. LDS = True

  • I don't know who you are accusing of prevarication. If you read or watch my stuff, I engage every question so long as it is respectfully pursued. The experience I have had is that most people are unwilling to look candidly at the inconsistencies of their own beliefs or self-serving interpretations. I point that out repeatedly around the clear, definite teachings in the Bible around baptism, or our need for good works. So don't throw down like I am avoiding you. I have never heard from you.

  • I question Mormonism, that is my right.

My questions are sincere and I approach Mormons with respect.

When I do it on YT it seems to automatically makes me Anti-Mormon in the eyes of LDS.

In my search to find out what Mormonism is really all about I have struggled to be fair and open minded.

In the end all I have discovered is that Mormons simply won't give a straight answer to a straight question.

Mormons commonly fall back on the mantra of "The Church Is True" and offer little else.

  • Thanks for the video. Some people seek truth whatever it is and wherever God has provided it, others decide their acceptable parameters of truth and reject that which does not fit into "their" acceptable truth. I believe that honest seekers of truth, who are willing to learn what the Lord would teach them and not trust man more than God, will find it (See, James 1:5, Jeremiah 5:2, and 2nd Timothy 3:7).

  • We're not anti Mormon, we want to see you Mormons saved!

  • @savedbygrace1972

Like wise. And I want to see you anti-Mormons saved too.

  • @savedbygrace1972 I hope one of you guys will actually listen when I tell you that, it's a little difficult to believe that you have a genuion interest in our (mormons) salvation, when you attack us so bitterly. Listen, I'm a family man, I go to church and enjoy the company of my peers. I love my church, because it has good people in it, and we pull together when we have hard times. It just seems that this is not the world of born again christians.

  • "Chinese Man" was painted for President Gordon B. Hinckley because of his love for Asian people.

  • He learned another important lesson: "You don't have to be an expert to try something. One of the greatest blessings that come from trying something like painting is to appreciate the work of those who do it very well."

  • Glad i found your YouTube channel. looks like all the usually suspects are here too. I sent you an email and look forward to hearing your thoughts.

  • Sorry, but please get a sense of humor. If you don't think my body of writings and general responses, including here, are not based on facts and research, well, no big deal. I was trying to have some fun with something the original video did: "Manti Man". Here is a guy who presents himself as deeply, inerrantly knowledgeable about all things LDS, AND YET, won't engage me when we are 20 feet apart. His arguments aren't that good, and his facts are wrong. Let's have some fun point it out.

  • I think how you went about discussing this is just stupid. Do you have to mock the person to teach your truth?

  • @minpinlover26

One man's mocking is another man's teaching moment, I guess. Did you watch "Manti Man's" video? Did you not get the humor of responding to his strawmen by responding to his self-agrandizement? "Humor is a difficult concept" (Mr. Spock)

Sorry, provide a roadmap for interaction, I will happily do a program on that path. But lighten up.

  • @answeringantimormons i wrote that 5months ago..... do you think i can remember everything? since i don't remember the conversation why don't you lighten up and think "how long ago did they write that and is it worth it to them or me even, to respond?" or " would they remember what they wrote?" before you blog... thank you.... but i don't really remember what i said.... don't respond to this you will be just wasting your time because i won't waist my time responding to you..,.

  • The first three principles are commitment, sacrifice, and selflessness.

  • "A lot of guys come to church that haven't before," says Springer, the Ramadi chaplain, a Mormon from Delta. "I don't think everyone is doing it because they're afraid of dying, necessarily, because every one of us really believes we're going home. But we are compelled to be humble here."

Springer says members of his battalion, the Utah-based 222nd Field Artillery, are more involved in prayer, scripture-reading and Bible-study groups than they are back home. Some have taken to proselytizing.

  • Parishioners, friends and family donated T-shirts for the society to use in making the dresses. The decorative material, ribbons, buttons, bows and other items used to adorn the dresses were donated by Gayle Hillenbrand, a dressmaker and craft enthusiast.

  • @omiolo At least Bornagainstmormons got it good with Shazoolo when she made a second attempt to repost her video with an even stronger comeback AFTER YouTube took down the first video. Then, she put Shazoolo's real name in the title. I believe YouTube told her that if she posted it again, she would have her account suspended! I laughed even harder when they pulled the second video.

  • @omiolo Do you know why YouTube did not come after you? Because they don't know where you obtain your news stories from. But all it takes is for a media company to come forward and issue a complaint for unauthorized redistribution of material. To do that, they would have to physically come to one of these sites and find their material posted. However, that is highly unlikely. Oh well...

  • @cayetanohawaii FBI???

  • The Laie Hawaii Temple has been closed for renovations on two occasions. This latest closure, which began 29 December 2008, was for extensive remodeling and refurbishing, including structural upgrades and mechanical upgrades to strengthen the temple and bring it up to code for disabled patrons.

  • @omiolo "The FBI showing up at your door." Sorry, I do have a friend who works for the Federal Trade Commission. That is true. I also reported you to YouTube. That is true. What YouTube decided to do with the information was up to them. Luckily for you they did not action. Too bad, since technically what you are doing is illegal. Many media companies do not like having their material redistributed without you citing their material.

  • The Laie Hawaii Temple was originally dedicated 27 November 1919 by then President Heber J. Grant. It was the fifth operating temple in the world and the first completed outside the state of Utah. The temple serves Church members living in Hawaii and the Marshall Islands. There are currently 134 operating temples, including one in Kona, Hawaii.

  • Member profiles rotating on the homepage feature an ethnically diverse mix of American Mormons including a woman artist, a women's world longboarding champion, a happily married multilingual humanitarian couple and their three children, and a creative director at the Library of Congress pictured riding his bike to work. Site visitors can also click-through to chat live with Mormon missionaries.

  • Israel's first female ambassador to the United Nations toured downtown sites of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Monday.

The Honorable Gabriela Shalev took her place at the United Nations two years ago. Despite the challenges of her position, she made many friends in New York City, including Latter-day Saints who invited her to come to Utah.

  • Keith Walker-- Professional ANTImormon. I think he should use that at the Judgement Day and see what happens.

  • "Well-planned family home evenings can be a source of long-lasting joy and influence," said President Joseph Fielding Smith and his counselors. "These evenings are times for group activity, for organizing, for the expressions of love, for the bearing of testimony, for learning gospel principles, for family fun and recreation, and of all things, for family unity and solidarity."

In 1983 the current Family Home Evening Resource Book was released for use by families.

  • "We are not alone," he said. "Revelation is when our Heavenly Father conveys messages to His children here on earth. When God communicates with us as His children — that is revelation. Prayer is when we seek to communicate with Him."

  • Elder Bednar said a strong dating relationship is built on the foundation of men honoring their priesthood and women reverencing their womanhood.

Third, Elder Bednar spoke about recognizing the voice of the Spirit and receiving revelation.

  • If you have strolled around campus within the previous months, chances are that you've stumbled across - or at least seen - Elder Batt and Elder Simons. This might have been a result of them sticking out from the crowd like a sore thumb: no matter the weather, Batt and Simons can always be found wearing black slacks, button-up white shirts and ties.

  • Elder D. Todd Christofferson of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles dedicated the newly completed Namoneas Chuuk District Center in the Federated States of Micronesia on 12 May 2010.

  • @omiolo That's OK. You are scared to tell me where you went on your mission in Germany. Like you are going to reveal your true identity if anybody knows that you served your mission there and where you served. I don't even know your real name.

  • @cayetanohawaii You are assuming I served a mission.

  • @omiolo It seems like a pretty good assumption that you served an LDS mission to Germany. Most LDS I know who are bi-lingual have served missions to those countries in the languages in which they speak. Oh well, I never served a mission and am somewhat bi-lingual, so I guess I must allow you some leeway there.

  • @cayetanohawaii "It seems like a pretty good assumption that you served an LDS mission to Germany"

yeah, I baptized President Uchtdorf and his family......

  • @omiolo "I baptized President Uchtdorf and his family" I will assume every LDS person I meet who served a mission to Germany and speaks the language is you....

  • @cayetanohawaii why don't you?

  • @omiolo You served a mission to Germany. Stop acting like you didn't...I only asked you because I spent time studying German, and I found it interesting that you speak the language. I wasn't trying to ask you, so I could unveil your identity, but you are scared. Stop being scared, Chris. That is your real name, right? Christopher.

  • @cayetanohawaii yeah, like I said, when I served a mission in Germany, I baptized President Uchtdorf and his family.

  • @omiolo That's a lie.

  • @omiolo That is a lie, just like everything else associated with YOU and MORmONISM...

  • @cayetanohawaii "YOU and MORmONISM"

way to show your ANTImormon respect......

  • @omiolo "Way to show anti- Mormon respect." Perhaps you did not look at the key word I used, "Mormonism" in my last comment. You keep saying "anti-Mormon," which could NOT be further from the truth. I am anti- "Mormonism," yes. Anti-Mormon, no.

  • @cayetanohawaii Nice SPIN! But the bottom line is you are ANTI-

    God. so REPENT

  • @omiolo "You are anti-God." If that were the case, then I would not be here to defend the truth. As for being anti-God, yes, I am as far as the Mormon God is concerned because the Mormon God simply does NOT exist! Your God is a figment of Joseph Smith's imagination...

  • @cayetanohawaii "to defend the truth."

if you had the truth it would make you FREE, since you do NOT you forced to kick against the pricks. I still remember how you told me the FBI was going to show up at my door. Is that the truth you defend?

  • This video provides a brief look at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Russia. With the recent dedication of a Mormon temple in Ukraine, Church members in Russia say they are finding renewed optimism as they continue to live and serve.

  • The poem was published in the Improvement Era, the church magazine of the day, and made its way over the ocean to Hawaii, where it was set to music by a missionary named Orson Clark. When President Joseph F. Smith visited Hawaii shortly after the October 1915 announcement, he was greeted by a performance of the new song. He brought a copy of the music home and read the words to the April 1916 general conference congregation and had it sung by a quartet.

  • @omiolo Du habst keinen Platz, um über mich zu sprechen. Du habst Fragen Integrität selbst!

  • @cayetanohawaii maybe you should put down the google translate???

  • @omiolo Ha! My German is not the best. Chinese is more of my language, but at least I tried to communicate with you in German to the best of my speaking it. That is one thing Germans appreciate when you visit their country is that you try speaking their language.

  • She wrote that while in Hawaii, the Latter-day Saints performed three of her songs. One of the songs, Chapman said, was undoubtedly a poem that Sister Fox had composed in 1915, shortly after the announcement that a temple would be built in Hawaii, the first outside of Utah.

  • Introduced to the Mormon faith by a family friend, she converted and later served a mission in Rostov, Russia.

  • Her husband learned of the LDS Church as a linguistics student in Moscow in 1992, wondering why some 20 exchange students from Utah and the United States there weren't going on Sunday outings but instead attended religious meetings in a local hotel. Soon, he found himself using missionary discussions as linguist study materials, and Vladimir Kabanov eventually became one of the first Mormon converts in his native Voronezh before serving a church mission in Arizona.

  • "As a family, we believe the best testimony and example we can give others is to be happy," said Nataly Kabanov, who as a St. Petersburg teen read the New Testament when scripture reading was first allowed in Russia but felt uncomfortable with her exposure to various religions.

"I didn't know which church was true, like Joseph Smith," she recalled, adding, "I was confused by memorized prayers of the Russian Orthodox; I felt like I wanted to pray to God by myself, in my own words."

  • "We worked with government leaders to comply with Russian law and still have time for proselyting," Elder Schwitzer said. "We don't see it as a major barrier any more," he said. "The church and the government did not view it as a specifically targeted effort against a specific church."

  • But the optimists — including The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' leaders and members in Russia — see the church's relatively short history there, a second generation coming of age and a great opportunity for continued growth in years to come

  • @omiolo "The only true and living chruch." You know, for some reason I knew you were going to correct me on that and throw that in there. So why don't you stop being a scaredy cat and tell me about your mission in Germany. Where in Germany did you serve? Come on, I'm not going to be able to find you by just knowing about the mission you served.

  • @cayetanohawaii "for some reason I knew you were going to correct me on that and throw that in there"

it is paramount to worshiping a LIVING God.

  • @omiolo keep deluding yourself. You are so deceived.

  • @cayetanohawaii You KNOW that is NOT true!

  • MOSCOW — Pessimists may look at the LDS Church in Russia and see the glass half-empty, limited missionaries, past visa challenges, social ills including escalating alcoholism and divorce rates and a nation emerging from seven decades of atheism in the former Soviet Union.

  • There is a committee at the church level in Salt Lake City that’s looking at a location and they’re looking at properties that are available,” Taylor said, adding that he hopes a temple, which usually is built on a large, landscaped site, will help promote understanding of the Latter-day Saints and good will toward non-members.

  • @omiolo But YOU and your cronie friend BAM will not put yourselves on the line to serve your God or fight for the religion that is supposedly "the only true church." How many death threats do you think Shawn McCraney, Aaron Shafovaloff and Rob Sivulka have received for what they do? Or at least being harassed when they are in public out with their families?

  • @cayetanohawaii ""the only true church." "

Only TRUE and LIVING Church. I hope that did NOT go over your head.

  • Worldwide, there are 13 million members of the church, which is based in Salt Lake City, up from 3 million in 1971, according to the church’s website.

The decision to build a temple in the Hartford area, as well as Indianapolis, Tijuana, Mexico, Urdaneta, Philippines, and Lisbon, Portugal, was announced by church President Thomas Monson. “He looks at the population of the church throughout the world,” Taylor said.

  • Patriotism isn't the outward trappings that are measured in the Men's Health survey of patriotic cities ("Magazine ranks SLC second most patriotic," Tribune, June 29); it's doing. But among the magazine's five categories, Salt Lake was decent in just one -- 12th in volunteerism. You'd think with Mormon "callings" it would be higher (I guess those 50 percent hedonistic non-Mormons depress SLC's rate).

  • @omiolo I've seen you on some of the German channels, and your profile pic is in Geman. Did you serve a mission in Germany? I took 4 years of German in high school.

  • @cayetanohawaii I give out very little personal information.

  • @omiolo Obviously you served a mission in Germany, unless it so happens you just speak the language. What's so personal about that? Out of all the Mormons who have served LDS missions to Germany, do you really think someone is going to be able to track you down and find you?

  • @cayetanohawaii "Obviously you served a mission in Germany"

should we put that down on the list of things you are certain about?

  • @omiolo I didn't say I was certain, but it seems obvious.

  • @omiolo I guess you are a coward like your friend Bornagainstmormons. You must hide behind a computer screen to defend Mormonism and mischaracterize and slander evangelicals. You aren't as low as she is, are you? All the other Mormons at least reveal their identity on here. The evangelicals who question Mormonism for sure reveal themselves to get threats of bodily harm and even death threats, and be subject to harrassment from Mormons. That is highly honorable of a person to do.

  • For one thing, it illustrates the remarkable consistency of the text as Joseph Smith dictated it, and it even contains Hebraism s that have been edited out of official editions over the years because, although they exemplify good Hebrew style, they're odd English.

  • @omiolo "Sounds like BAM put you in your place." Are you kidding? BAM will not even respond to my PMs, let alone carry a conversation on her video pages. Very RARELY does she ever have any interaction with me. I guess that is because of her inability to communicate effectively or intellectually, and it shows in her videos. As they say, once a coward always a coward.

  • @cayetanohawaii If it makes you feel better, I get a kick out of your desperation and actually think you are entertaining.

  • @omiolo Desperation? I had to send BAM a PM to laugh at her about her video being taken down by YouTube. I couldn't resist after all the bragging she did before that she won Rob Sivulka and Aaron Shafovaloff. So who's the one that's desperate now?

  • @cayetanohawaii Sounds like a smorgasbord of fun......

  • @omiolo "smorgasbord of fun." No more fun than Bornagainstmormons has trying to mischaracterize evangelicals and putting out people's names without their permission...

  • @cayetanohawaii BAM must have really got under your skin. The Book of Mormon explains it very well, 1 Nephi 16:2

  • @omiolo "BAM must have really gotten under your skin." People with NO conscience or integrity do tend to get under my skin. You're right about Nephi 16:2. The truth about BAM's character can get to the best of us at the center. Even one of your fellow Mormons, I see, was ashamed of the behavior out of BAM and the rest her comrade LDS cronies who like to incite belligerence on her channel.

  • @cayetanohawaii you strain at gnats and swallow huge camels!

Next time do NOT take so long to reply!

  • @omiolo "Don't take so long to reply." Since when does it matter how long it takes for someone to reply? Am I sensing a little anger or frustration out of you? I would assume so, since your friend Bornagainstmormons had to eat her own words in defeat!

  • @cayetanohawaii "Since when does it matter how long it takes for someone to reply?"

    NOT someone, but YOU.......

  • @omiolo I always reply right away as soon as I open my mail and receive my messages. What more do you want?

  • @cayetanohawaii you should keep your mail open at ALL times. Maybe with a special sound to notify you when I reply.

  • @omiolo Sorry, obviously unlike you, I do have a life outside of YouTube. I'm not into it that much.

  • Millet, who is now a professor of ancient scripture at BYU, balked at the sentiment that the reality of an event doesn't really matter. To illustrate the problem, he looked at the Book of Mormon. "More recently, it seems fashionable by some to doubt and debate the historicity of the Book of Mormon," Millet wrote; "to question the reality of the Book of Mormon personalities or places ...

  • A year later, Millet was in a seminar about the New Testament. Again, a professor said, "Now whether Jesus of Nazareth came back to life -- literally rose from the dead -- is immaterial. What matters is that Christians thought he did. And the whole Christian movement is founded upon this faith event."

His wife, however, had no idea where to go and no one with whom she could sit.

  • @omiolo "There is only one Jesus." Yes, and it's unfortunate that you have the false perception of that one Jesus that you do. Funny how you ignore that MANY people who are anti-Mormonism are very well educated.

  • @cayetanohawaii You know that is NOT true!

  • @omiolo An educated person knows how to read. It takes a bigger person to apply what they read, just as Lynn Wilder did. I think you should read Romans 4:5, which shows that the LDS concept about "works" for salvation is erroneous. "And to the one who does not work but trusts him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness."

KUTV News reporter, Rod Decker who has a Master's degree, realized the LDS Church is a lie when he was 18- years- old.

  • @cayetanohawaii Lynn Wilder got offended that her son was sent home early from a mission. Let us NOT pretend it was ANYTHING but that.

  • Speaking at the General Relief Society Meeting on Sept. 25, Sister Beck said righteous women today “seek an outpouring of revelation to resist distractions, fight evil and spiritual destruction, and rise above personal disasters by increasing their faith, strengthening their families and homes and providing relief to others.”

  • @cayetanohawaii There is only ONE Jesus and He is the Christ. No matter how much paganism Emperor Constantine inserts into your beliefs, mine will NOT change.

  • @cayetanohawaii

Seriously, this is the most ridiculous line of argument between the two of you. People leave for lots of reasons, just as they also join for many reasons.

It is, however, a fact that the LDS faith is the only one in which the MORE education a person has, the MORE likely they are to retain their faith.

By contrast, Catholics and Protestants and Evangelicals in general, are LESS likely to keep their faith as they get more education. So who is it that recognizes truth?

  • @answeringantimormons well, I'm sorry, Bob. I didn't mean to burst your bubble. What happened to DR. Lynn Wilder? And the many other folks I've met who are college educated that left the church? You're right, though. I don't deny that many people leave the LDS Church for many different reasons. It is my opinion, however, that the Micah Wilder story is an example of how God intervenes in the lives of those who are deceived by Mormonism.

  • @answeringantimormons Don't get so worked up. I have the utmost respect for Omiolo, just as I do you. I am actually quite fond of him, as we seem to have much in common, other than our differences of opinion on Mormonism. BTW- Congratulations on your one year of being on YouTube!

  • Members inside the country and book publishers outside quickly realized that those letters could also represent the name of revolutionary communist Karl Marx — and soon pocket-sized Books of Mormon became available, bearing the "KM" title on the red-colored cover, Cankova said.

When stopped by border guards and military police, members weren't about to correct the misconception that they were toting small booklets either written by or about Marx.

  • @omiolo Oh yeah, does the name DR. Lynn Wilder ring a bell in your memory bank?

  • @cayetanohawaii Lynn got ALL her education as a Mormon. Since her son's converted to EVANGELISM, how much education have they gotten?

  • And the Czechs committed its efficient utilization. "We promised that for every Book of Mormon sent to us, that we would have one baptism," Vojkuvka said.

In the Czech language, the two-letter acronym for "Book of Mormon" is "KM."

  • "He was cordial and receptive," Elder Ballard said. "The conversation was friendly and respectful."

Of their visit with the two cardinals, Elder Ballard spoke of common interests the LDS Church and Catholic churches share. "We're interested in moral values. We're interested in marriage. We're interested in the family. We're interested in those basic fundamentals that are jointly of interest to, I think, all people of faith," he said.

  • @omiolo "If that's the case, you have definitely risen above most anti-Mormons." I guess you missed what I said about Rob Sivulka. He has a Master's degree and is working on a PhD. You probably forgot, too, Shawn McCraney graduated from BYU. If I remember correctly, I believe Shawn also has a Master's degree. Funny how you attribute antimormons as not being college educated. You just insulted everyone in the technical idustry. I guess you never heard of MIT, a very respectable technical school.

  • @cayetanohawaii "Shawn McCraney graduated from BYU"

are you SURE he graduated? I am pretty sure he did NOT.

  • @omiolo "I'm pretty sure he is not" ( a college graduate). According to his profile information on calvarycampusdotcom, Shawn and his wife both graduated from BYU. I'm pretty sure he did, or he couldn't have been a successful stock broker. You should have known I graduated with a Bachelor's degree. I told you a long time ago I went to school for journalism. Not all anti- Mormons as you call us are uneducated. In fact, I think our education is what has helped us see through the lies.

  • She was born Jan. 26, 1922, to Dan Delos "Dee" and Dorothy Helen Mills Bradshaw. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elder Douglas H. Smith, who served as a member of the quorums of the Seventy. They have four daughters and three sons, 39 grandchildren and 84 great-grandchildren.

  • She also served as president of American Mothers, Inc. and within the community and government on issues such as family, women and the fight to eliminate child abuse.

  • President Monson said, "I can testify that Barbara Smith became president of the Relief Society through the inspiration of the Lord, and she served magnificently in that calling."

  • Adiyasuren's only income comes from her 30 goats, her chickens and her meager garden. She has only 30 goats because half of her herd died last winter in extreme weather conditions during Mongolia's Dzud disaster. Every morning, Adiyasuren takes her 30 goats to the river so they can get a drink of water and then takes them to the mountain to graze.

  • Because of Mongolia's traditional nomadic lifestyle and harsh climate, including frigid sub-zero temperatures during the winter and a short growing season, one might think gardening in Mongolia would be impossible. However, for the past two years, Deseret International Charities has partnered with all of the wards and branches in Mongolia to provide seeds, tools, gardening manuals and training to members of the Church in their local units.

  • Many projects, in Sierra Leone, Cote d'Ivoire and Benin, targeted improvement in the environmental conditions in and around hospitals, orphanages, public schools and libraries, marketplaces and parks. In the Ashanti region of Ghana, 893 members, from seven wards and three branches, brought cutlasses, shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, brushes and mowing sticks to clean the Kumasi Children's Home and compound.

  • Elder Andersen returned to the pulpit and related a story of when Clayton Christensen played for Oxford University's basketball team. As the starting center for the team, Christensen was forced to decide whether to play in the championship game on a Sunday. While he could have easily made one exception, he chose to remain true to his decision to always keep the Sabbath day holy in order to continue to receive blessings from heaven.

  • When her children were young, Kathy Andersen always photocopied the General Conference talks from the Ensign for them to study. On one occasion, the salesperson announced that the total charge for the copies would be $50. Although she was initially surprised at the amount, she said this was the moment she realized she must ask, "What is it worth to you to have the words of God's prophets for you and your family?"

  • Upon completion of the restoration project, Twin Falls City Park and Recreation director Dennis Boyer was quoted as saying, “With your help, we’re going to make this park even better than it was when we got it. … This is Twin Falls at its best.”

  • @omiolo He works on Shawn's TV show behind the scenes.

  • @cayetanohawaii that could explain his fixation with using McCraney's methods.

  • @omiolo It's getting harder to post on Bornagainstmormons' video pages. I guess he/ she doesn't like having his/ her channel used for people who speak out with the truth.

  • @cayetanohawaii I have noticed there is a two or three day lag too. I think it eventually gets on there. No need to get all depressed.......

  • @omiolo I've had many comments Bornagainstmormons never posted. They couldn't have been that bad, as I am usually civil in my discussions.

  • @cayetanohawaii I post so much I can't tell. Neither do I have the time or desire to verify.

  • @omiolo Yeah, way to go! Keep covering up all that "anti-Mormon trash talk" and the "negativity" (even though most of it is true). Mormons just get ragged on so much...

  • @cayetanohawaii huh? What is up with the desperation?

  • @omiolo Desperation? Your purpose of posting all the things you do is to cover up all the negative things brought up about Mormonism and to bring out the "good" in the LDS Church. Hopefully for you, everybody will just forget the bad and see the good. If I asked you that question in person and you gave me an honest answer, that's what you would tell me, right?

  • @cayetanohawaii "Your purpose of posting..."

yeah, how dare I post PRESENT day information about Mormons. Why are your types so fearful of information?
