Peaceful assembly is LEGAL and guaranteed by SG's Constitution. PAP's law banning it is illegal because it violates the Constitution - highest law.

LKY was the one who wanted to join Malaysia, against the Barisan Socialis who oppose joining Malaysia. Hence it was wrong of you to say "if not for LKY, we would still be with malaysia". I repeat: if not for lky, sg wouldn't have joined malaysia in the 1st place!
