Taking blood tests before the Hatton fight. Obviously the test was clean and that was supposed to be 14 days before the fight. I am not sure if it was or not but he has taken blood. Pacquiao, in my opinion was just blessed with unbelivable hitting power and tremendous handspeed. His work ethic and Freddie Roach teaching developed him into what we are seeing today. I dont think his weight is a big deal because his body hadn't developed fully when he was young and he is not even 150 lbs. My dog is almost as big as Pacquiao. He has been fighting in the mid 140's since the Morales I fight and maybe even before that. But he just fought for the titles in the lower weights.

No, Manny wanted to control when the test were given instead of them being random. Random testing means that you can't design a steroid cycle for your athlete to take the drugs, and then get them out of their system before they test positive. Have you heard of THG aka "The Clear?" Yeah Mosley is a tough fight. So Floyd's not ducking, but Mosley is old. A few years ago this would really have been a really tough fight for Mayweather, so the pressures on, if he loses he's a chump.
But even if he wins, he still has to beat the best, which is pac. If he can beat Pac, then he can retire a true champion and spend the rest of his life pulling his dick over his own legacy.

He was asked to do it 2 weeks before the match, and he said no. Not even a month before the match. So I think the best thing would be just do it right AFTER the match. No big deal, that way it will not impact his performance. I mean why not do it. Taking blood tests before the Hatton fight. Obviously the test was clean and that was supposed to be 14 days before the fight. I am not sure if it was or not but he has taken blood. Pacquiao, in my opinion was just blessed with unbelivable hitting power and tremendous handspeed. His work ethic and Freddie Roach teaching developed him into what we are seeing today. I dont think his weight is a big deal because his body hadn't developed fully when he was young and he is not even 150 lbs. My dog is almost as big as Pacquiao. He has been fighting in the mid 140's since the Morales I fight and maybe even before that. But he just fought for the titles in the lower weights.

Pac refused to be tested by more reliable methods, instead he's crying like a bitch and talking about filing a frivolous lawsuit that would take years to see a conclusion.
There is no logic for Pac refusing to be tested by more reliable methods. He just didn't want to fight. he thought Mayweather would balk at the "$10million penalty clause" and May accepted with no hesitation. Now he doesn't want to agree to random drug testing. This is a duck of the highest order.

This has been Pac's fault, imo.
He is the one who refused to be tested under more reliable methods. Mayweather had no problems with it, and then loosened up his demands, but Pacman still refused. This can only have three explanations:
1. His ego was hurt because they thought he could be a potential cheater. Is it realistic to refuse $100 million because of this?
2. He didn't want the fight.
3. He didn't want to do the tests because he may be affected by the results.

No, Manny wanted to control when the test were given instead of them being random. Random testing means that you can't design a steroid cycle for your athlete to take the drugs, and then get them out of their system before they test positive. Have you heard of THG aka "The Clear?"
