How to maintain mystery and distance in a relationship

I completely agree that mystery plays a big role in a relationship. What I find doing(about 3x a week or more) with my partner is giving him a massage with only my fingers while listening to soft music. Also men and women need to come out of their comfort zones to have a better chance at actually getting to know more about the other and trusting them more often.I also like my space, especially at the end of the day when I'm all tuckered out.
