  • Hi hi! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Hey did anybody actually try this diet and it worked? please let me know i'm considering it.

  • dike

  • This is not a dangerous diet, There are fruits, fruit juices and green leafy vegs, tomatoes, baked Potato which is high in postassium and Vita C.

Carrots, beta carotene, The soup stock has 8 grams of protein/,day which is added to the non fat milk and 2 steak days. plenty of protein/ calcium,

Plenty carbs from fruit and potato.

Like any diet even the ADA diet , if you go back to your old eating habits , you gain the weight back,

  • @breckandy I'm glad you agree. This diet is great and healthy.....

  • I disagree, I did this diet for 3 days (didn't make it very far) and lost 7ish pounds. I've kept it off for a year now, but I do exercise to keep it off. If you just go back to eating whatever you want and no exercise, yeah you'll gain it back.

  • She is a beautiful lady <3

  • Then you must be a nerd with no life at all.

  • No. I'm a happy lesbian.

  • You're stupid. Look at her eyes and eyebrows, they're beautiful.

  • I'm on day two right now..and i feel pretty good. Ive heard a lot of bad things about this diet..such as gaining it all back. but most likey peaple gaine it because they start eating bad again...and I'm def. not going to do that. I really hope i loose some weight by my 7th day!

  • is this the cabbage soup diet

  • After reading what I wrote, I must come off as being abrasive, which isn't my intention

The point I'm trying to make is that you are a dietician, but most people aren't so they eat fast food in a fast-paced lifestyle & sleep deprived

If people are willing to discipline themselves to this diet, the reward is fast, which is why I recommend it. This diet is FAR better than most, and people aren't going to make an about change and suddenly take on a healthy diet without fast results anyway

  • I tried this diet and did lose 10 lbs in the week and didn't finish the last day with the brown rice and veggies. I even put beef in my soup, so I think it can work for a quick loss plan. I plan to do it once a month for the next year and hopefully reach my goal of losing just 5 pounds per month. I plan on donating a pound of food for each pound lost to a local charity. Wish me luck!

  • I wish you lots of luck. The charity idea is awesome. Post your results, I'm going to start this diet soon too.

  • Btw, you got that wrong. Day two you are allowed a baked potato and butter for dinner, thus this is NOT a no startch diet.

Also, while the diet doesn't allow bananas on day one as you stated, day four allows you eat several bananas for potassium.

  • I lost 39 lbs on this diet 3 years ago and I kept it off. This diet consist of wholesome fruits and vegetables and meat. The soup is a fatburner. The water loss is put back through drinking the allotted amount of oz. each day.

A person couldn't go wrong eating such a healthy diet. It's absolutely wonderful. You feel so healthy on this diet that who would want to go back to eating junk foods and fried foods?

The weight loss industry hates this diet; they're losing BILLIONS of dollars.

  • About how much soup per day did you eat??

  • At least two bowls a day. Sometimes i ate 3 to 4 bowls when on the days it said to eat all the soup you could stand.

I lost 39 lbs and looked great. That was 2003. I kept it off until now 2009 because I've been eating tons of junk food lately and staying on the computer constantly, so I get no exercise.

I'm starting the diet again today, believe it or not, so ironic that you ask.

If you have any questions, ask me. I know this diet well. Follow it exactly, and you can't go wrong.

  • Thats amazing that you lost 39lbs, you must feel so proud of yourself . How long did it take you to lose it? How well are you doing this time??

  • Yes, that was three years ago.

I'm on it now. so far I've lost 17 lbs in 2/12 weeks.

the only reason I gained some weight back after 3 years is b/c I started eating tons of junk (even ice cream every night) and started staying on the computer for many hours. Who wouldn't gain weight, lol?

  • hey thank you so much for sharing :) i started it today and wanted to hear some good success stories!

how much did you lose in a week? i know thats kind of personal and you dont have to answer, but really curious

    hollyy

  • I lost 8 lbs the first week ( I accidently ate some veggies on a day that called for fruit and soup and juices only)

6 lbs the second week and I'm on my third week now.

if you have any questions, feel free to ask. I really know this diet well.

Water, water, water...your fat loss is dispelled through urine.

  • I'm so excited to start this diet tomorrow! I plan on doing it for a week, then off for 10 days (but eating healthy), then on for a week, etc... Until I lose 25 lbs. I don't think I have the willpower to continue it consistently. I'll check back tomorrow morning with my starting weight and keep you guys updated on my progress. Wish me luck!

  • I wish you all the luck in the world! It worked for me! FYI: If you like spinach, make sure you eat it on your "veggie days" as dark green, leafy veggies are preferred for better results.

Again, I kept it off 4 years, so it's simply not true that you only lose water weight and/or gain the weight back instantly. After the 3rd day I never felt better! Make sure to drink plenty of water all throughout the day, and try not to go 3 hours without eating, sipping your water throughout the day!

  • @blaziermissy wow really? Did you ever feel a little bit light headed during the first 2 days? Because I'm already on day 2 of the sacred heart diet and I'm still feeling a bit light headed.

  • how long did it take u to lose the weight

  • 6-8 weeks
