It's a very nice tattoo but, the full name "Cursed Seal of Heaven" only pertains to the three tomoe (The little comma shapes that resemble ones in the sharingan). That ring of script around it is the "Evil Binding Seal" that Kakashi applied to control the spread of the cursed seal of heaven. Very nicely done though =).

actually to be honest u messed up sooo bad on this tattoo. this not a cursed seal of heaven tattoo. this is a sealed cursed seal. IF you know naruto, which you probably dont, you would know that the ring around the three tomoe is the evil sealing method that kakashi used on sasuke so he doesnt use the seal. therefore this tattoo is gay because it has the ring around it. Its also gay because its WAY too low on ur shoulder and way too little
