You do know that you can climb the down ladders up right? Just jump on them and keep pushing the button. Or at least I think that's how it went. I just remember being able to do that.

Was this game on Intellivision? I played my nephews Intelivision Lives game hoping it would be on there.. but it wasn't The Jump Man Guy was all over the game though it it was their Sonic or Mario logo.

zig-zag is by far the hardest stage in the game. i was giggling at the lengths you went through to avoid the bullets entirely because i do exactly the same thing.

As a 12 year old kid, I was the original jumpman Queen in our small country town where we had competitions! I often had 8 or 9 lives at the 20,000 score mark (Then there would be the odd "freeze", "roll me over" and "going down" trouble). However, jumpman jr is another story. You rock dude and I hand my crown over to you :) A sincere thanks for the video. Perhaps now I will get past fig's revenge and get to zig zag more often on the WinVice emulator. Cheers!!!

The author is right. For the level "Walls" you can jump through the walls. No cheats were used. Good work!

This is with cheats, in `Walls` at 1:02 a wall goes trough him

Nice try, but there's no cheats involved. In Walls, you are allowed to jump through the walls that show up, but they can easily push you off the ledges if you aren't careful(making the rope and ladders extremely dangerous to the unprepared).
