The whole tie part was sarcasm. Given the groundbreaking thought process that must go on in the dark crevices of your mind, I'm not surprised that you didn't get it. Perhaps your next video could chronicle the reasons why you don't wear a tie around machinery. Lord knows that I would like to watch you get sucked into a shredder or pulper. The process sheet is fine, but it didn't need a 7 minute video. For the record, I am not a machinist and it is obvious that you are not a video producer.
You are correct I'm not a video producer, but i do have a very extensive manufacturing background and during these years I have noticed that machine shop processes need to be improved. This is where my sheet comes in, using this sheet machine shops will be able to gather all critical information to successfully reproduce a part. This sheet took years in the making and using it companies will be able to lean out their shop and save money.
That was absolutely the stupidest video I have ever seen. With insight like that, I am surprised you didn't get your tie stuck int he CNC..........Have you considered submitting this to Zurich Switzerland and maybe getting a nobel prize?
