Speaking of transforming tracks that are melancholy and sad,ABBA's finale "The Day Before You Came" comes to mind as needing a joyful make over. The lyrics in of themselves are open to interpretation and could certainly be transformed into a ballad of newfound love after living an ordinary life alone in a world of casual gods.
