thank you so much my friend for posting this on youtube. i miss Mr. Bixby terribly I, like so many others, were influenced by him and his shows.i look at the hulk movies now and i can say with confidence that they never had nor ever will have the raw power and sheer talent of emotion and acting skill as the TV show brought to us proud to say i grew up in a time when TVwas worth watching. with my two jobs i have i dont have time to watch tv anymore and that is ok by me. thank you again my friend

Bill Bixby always struck me as a really really good actor. He made what was essentially a disposable 70's TV show in the Hulk and added a level of class and sophistication that elevated the show beyond anything else in that era. I think in a way he was too good for TV at that time but he also paved the way for science fiction TV shows that are respected such as lost. RIP.
I also loved the gentelness of the man and warmth of an actor and the unbelivable sexyness of the man with love in his eyes thank you Bill Bixby for many happy hours i did not know he was dead i missed iit somehow so to his family my deepest sympathy for a man in a million Thank you Bill love Gail in cardiff wales uk
Bill Bixby's first marriage was with actrice Brenda Benett and she gave birth to their son Christopher Bixby on september 25, 1974. On March, 1 1981 Bill Bixby's six -year-old son Christopher died suddenly of a rare throat infection. April, 7 1982 Brenda Benett committed suicide. Bill Bixby was a great actor and director Jack Colvin also known as (Jack Mcgee) October 14, 1934 - December 1, 2005 died to a lord haemorrhage
CONTINUED But was his psychotic grounds keeper who WANTED to be the creature! Banner had the cure sitting across the room and just as 'our' hulk was often empathetic, this monster was too. He saw Banner's face and understood the twoo viles of the cure were important. Grinning, it smashed them along with thier table. We see Bixby weep openly even as he bigins to tranform. If the episode had today's effects, the scene would have been perfect. Naturaly, the Titans battle(shivers exitedly!).
Image :33 Halk: American Style! Bill bixby was great actor. I don't know his political beliefs or religious beliefs. Frankly I don't want to. It might spoil My image of him. Suffice it to say that when he cried as David Banner, I was a big baby. One of his most amazing scenes in that show was in 'The First'(I think that was the title...). He finds out that another scientist created a 'hulk' 15 years earlier but managed to cure it. The twist was that the creature was NOT the older scientist MORE
fabulous, my childhood all favourite programme, and is still now and im 38. wonderful man wasnt he? i would have liked to marry david when i was younger
This is a great tribute. I was a fan of the Hulk when I was younger. After watching clips on you tube, decided to rent the whole t.v series (currently just finished series 3). My son who is 5, has been introduced to the show now and loves it. He knows all the main characters and loves it when David Banner changes. I agree that Bill Bixby was a great actor, charming and handsome! I think he would be pleased to know that generations are still watching his shows. R.I.P Mr Bixby.
"In 2003, for X2, Hugh Jackman mentioned in an interview talk show This Morning that he planned to make a biopic of Bill Bixby, that he had been drawn to the project by Bryan Singer and that it was a project he loved. A year later, while promoting Van Helsing, he mentioned on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno that he wanted to make the movie soon. Leno showed a picture of Jackman and Bixby and pointed out the similarities in looks. Jackman would later reveal he was drawn to Bixby's story"
Bill Bixby is a great man and had made good shows like the incredible my favourite tv show or movie ever ive been watching hulk since i was 3 and now i know all the episodes R.I.P.
I often wondered what Jane Bixby thought of seeing her only child get assaulted, buried alive, burned, shocked, shot, poisoned, crushed, drowned, having dreams of loved ones dying, attacked by animals, trying to break free of chains, and being scared shitless.
He was a great actor, i grew up to the Incredible Hulk. He was a smart, kind, loving person. I have all 5 seasons of the Hulk, and continue to watch them over and over again. Bill is and always will be the real Hulk. He will never be forgotten. "R.I.P." Bill Bixby........
i've just read all the previous comments and as i expected no one had a bad word to say about this man, all i have to say is " only the good die young" goodbye my hero
Like everyone else, I loved watching The Incredible Hulk on TV when I was a child, and just yesterday I saw the pilot again here on YT. The unusual warmth in Bill Bixby's eyes struck a chord in my heart and I had to do a search on the man... I never knew anything about him until tonight but now I'm happy to know that he was as beautiful inside as he was outside.
It's so awesome that Bill has fans dedicated enough to carry his memory on Youtube. As a child I was drawn to his David Banner character in "The Hulk" as a strong man not because of his Hulk persona, but because of his lonesome dignity that he carried over in each episode.
I grew up watching "The Courtship of Eddie's Father" it seemed to me that Bill was just being himself on that show and I got the entire series on DVD. The best investment i ever made. Bill was a great actor and a wonderful human being. This was a great tribute video. Thank you so much
Please say to me like it is called this song of piano, where I can obtain the score. It(she) is very beautiful and sad. Please do you know how it is called this song of piano?
I idolized Bill growing up. When my parents divorced, watching "The Incredible Hulk" was my remedy. I was only 6, and instantly became mesmerized by Bill Bixby. I remember wishing I had him as a dad.
I didn't know why I really appreciate Bill Bixby until today that I know that his name is Wilfred and I have this name too, now I know why I feel a little strange when I look at his pictures and I look like him. R.I.P. BILL BIXBY
I loved Bill Bixby growing up. I had the biggest crush on him, and thought about how I would watch him on "The Incredible Hulk" every Friday night when I was a school;-)
thank you so much for creating this tribute to bill bixby. you all are very correct; he truly was an inspiration. i was 8 years old when this show premeired in 1978. my interest in this show has just recently been renewed. consequently, i have purchased seasons 1-4 on d.v.d. again, wonderful tribute and thank you!
Very nicely done! I hadn't seen the one about the birds in a long time and it made me laugh. Your words are very touching and I thank you for sharing such a private piece of your childhood with us. Keep the Faith, Sam.
I didn't think anyone loved Bill Bixby, (or his work) as much as me. But there are a great deal of us out there it would seem, and rightly so!! What a talented, genuine man, very funny and just soooooooooo gorgeous! There was something about his hands, and that voice, WOW. Is that just me or what? But, he was such a great actor and all of the shows he was in would have been a great deal poorer if he wasn't in them. Miss him, love him. Very sad loss. X
No it's not just you. There were times when I would collect pictures of him and just stare into those warm brown eyes of him. And hearing his voice when when he would comfort people on the hulk, like Mariette Hartley when she was dying. Those moments he was comforting me as well, as I was very ill as a child. He was my hero. I'll just say it, without apology. Bill Bixby was beauitful, achingly gentle, and even very sexy in a completely refreshing and unsual way. No, it's not just you.
Oh, and I forgot to add, I never could bear to see that man cry. When his son died, I cried just knowing that somewhere out there, that wonderful man was in pain and no one could help him. I always cried when David Banner cried, which was often. Such class and charm, one of the last of the great old school stars. There were none like Bill Bixby and never will be again.
I am glad I am not alone in missing him, loving him and wishing he was still here. There are not enough words to describe how lovely and talented 'Bix' was. A truly beautiful person. I wish I had known him, just to have met him would have been enough. He had amazing eyes, just a perfect voice, I think he was scrumptious!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, I feel the same way. X

WOW!!!! Baby bill!!! He was adorable!! This was a great tribute. Wonderful job on finding all these pictures. I know what its like to really search for these gems, believe me.:) This is an instant favorite.
I really like Bill Bixby. I look at his young pics, and his eyelids seem a lot lower and straight, kinda over lapping the eye. Would you know if he might have had a slight eye lid lift? I looked around, but nothing is for sure. I think he might have it before the Hulk. As we age our eyelids drop lower, hid got higher, Looks great though.
