Vosotros is only used in Spain.
Ustedes is used everywhere else. And I DID include ustedes.

Yes. I understand.
However... 'tenéis' (2nd person plural) is ONLY used in Spain.
Everywhere else, the second person plural is 'ustedes'
which is 'tienen'
