I only see a more perfect economy where big corporations suck the teet of their smaller competitors. Makes for an artificial perfect market, and I'm sure I can think of other criticisms, but will it hurt the economy? Not likely. Big corporations will hopefully get the message that could be giving money to their competitor if they pollute.
