I have a 1040 STE in perfect working condition. Can anybody (please?) instruct me, how to record the demos from internet nostalgia pages to the 3.5" discs to be played on ST? I know that many pepole are using the PC emulators of the ST, but I'd like to play them on the "real thing" you know... :) Sorry for an off topic (sort of).
I've just thought about the Union Demo for the first time since those glorious days and found it here. I remember how I showed it to a friend with an IBM PC XT clone and his jaw dropped. Oh, I clearly remember this music!
Wow! I`am getting a flashback to my complete childhood. I had that Union Demo on my Atari Mega ST1. What a great time we had! I`ve never thougt I would see that again in my life. THANKS!!!
I believe this is the first demo on the ST with a menu like this..and the Union started a trend that a lot of mega demo's followed. Great stuff. Thanks for posting it.

This is great!
Anybody got a video of the copy-disc-room? That tune was great. Iirc it was a remake by Mad Max of Jeroen Tel's "That's the Way It Is".

The first left border removal I ever saw. I *COULD NOT BELIEVE IT* at the time. Best Mad Max tune as well, IMHO.
