Actually, you can, but you have to look for programs that can play Flash videos along with everything else. I just recently got one called Easy TV, but it's list hasn't been updated to filter out the channels that it can't play anymore.

I don't think so. Due to anime importer's policy. My point is TV tokyo isn't in dish because it could violate the laws in Japanese Anime Broadcasting when One Piece, Naruto, and Zatch Bell is already. Besides, Dish doesn't have an agreement with TV Tokyo. However, there is a channel or VOD called Anime Networks that import Anime from Japan in it's original form, but I don't think they broadcast anime from TV TOKYO or Fuji TV.
