I downloaded this mod, I got the Joker's makeup to work but. I can't get the clown robbers makeup to work. And I'm not a noob at modding. I put every file exactly where it was supposed to go. Help?

the clown robbers are latex heads, not makeup, thats how i made their mouths not move

damn that sucks becasue im having the same problem but I know there latex heads but they dont show up for some reason :(
