Knee pains are often a result of overworking and overstrengthening the quads with balancing it out by doing the same to the hamstrings. When you run, the hamstrings work as a stabilizer while your quads pull the knee. If your hamstrings aren't strong enough to compensate for that force, your knees will be sore. I think that you should wok your hamstrings more.
I wouldn't mind some advice on muscle tears. I tore my groin or my quad on a stationary cycle, it was fairly minor but then I re-injured it doing squats and deadlifts... now it just won't heal. Tried staying off it for 6 weeks and it is exactly the same.
I injured my knee 5years ago and i am not able do anything didn't even gett 18 before i gott the injury.

What if you are overweight and have this issue on only one knee? Whole body exercises like squats have my knee give out.
