SHould have I was just getting the traffic on there too. Would have been better if the windshield wipers wasn't on full blast. But the mechanics kept diagnosing wrong fix . 1st they thought it was the multi switch on steering wheel another though it was the wiper motor. Then finally got to the mechanic that had run into that particular problem and said it was a control box under the dash. I changed that and now have my intermitent wipers back working as well as slower wiper speeds.

Intermittent wiper control module was bad. That was the only speed I had till I replaced it
