Honestly I don't find these costumes too slutty. It's not like it is immense amounts of cleavage and their ass hanging out. They could be way worse. I mean, yes, the dresses can be short, but you can wear shorts and petticoats underneath.

ahh as little girls we love to dress up.....& it doesn't stop when we grow up :) I think Leg Avenue are possibly the best in costume design. A lot of other brands have poor quality or 'frumpy' bad-fitting costumes.
